How long will it take to have my blinds installed from when I pay my deposit?
Generally 2 to 3 weeks, however it may depend on the product.

How do I clean my blinds?
To clean your blinds, we suggest having them professionally cleaned, All Clean Blinds is a Blind cleaning company which may help attend to your requests.
Depending on the type of blind, another alternative is to use mild soapy water with a damp cloth. Please contact one of our friendly staff on sales 02 9636-1555 for further information.
Can I bring my blinds back for repairing?
Yes, the Sydney Blinds & Screens Factory and Warehouse is located at Prospect where faulty blinds can be assessed for repair. Alternatively, one of our friendly sales representatives are available to come to your home for an assessment. Please note a service fee may apply if our sales representative is to come to your home.
What is the warranty on your products?
Warranties depend on the product, below is a general outline of our warranty terms**:
All Blinds and Screens are provided with a 12month onsite warranty
All Plantation Shutters are provided with 5years warranty.
Invisi-Gard Security Doors are provided with a 5 year warranty.

What form of payment do we accept?
Sydney Blind & Screens accept Credit Card; Cash; Direct Deposit or Cheque.
Where are the products made?
Most products are manufactured on site, based in Prospect NSW. Plantation Shutters, Galaxy Blinds and Lumen Blinds are all manufactured abroad.
Do my blinds come with all fittings to install my blinds myself?
Supply only orders all come with brackets to mount the blinds that were ordered. The fixing of brackets (screws) is determined by the customer. This is to ensure the product is mounted securely onto the surface and each surface can vary. For example, surfaces such as concrete, brick, timber etc all require appropriate brackets.
What is the best blind to reduce noise?
To reduce noise a block out fabric is a great choice. Blockout fabrics are available in a range of colours and designs for you to choose from. Shutters are also an alternative to reduce noise.
What is the best blind to reduce light?
To reduce light, Shutters or a block out fabric on your blinds are the most beneficial choice. Blockout fabrics are available in a range of colours and designs for you to choose from. You are able to choose from Roman, Roller or Holland blinds in coordination with your choice of blockout fabric.

Which product allows me to see out by day but gives me privacy at night?
Our twin blind system allows the option of having two different fabrics, a sheer fabric such as our Sunscreen range and a blockout fabric. This provides the option of having total privacy both day and night.
